Our Core Values
To be a leading center of excellence in holistic care, empowerment, and rehabilitation for stroke survivors, patients with chronic illnesses, and their caregivers, fostering healthier, independent, and dignified lives across Kenya and beyond.
To provide integrated, compassionate, and sustainable care solutions that support stroke survivors, patients with chronic illnesses, and ageing adults. We aim to enhance their quality of life through home-based care, community engagement, psychosocial support, education, rehabilitation, and empowerment of both patients and their caregivers.
Communal Home based care of stroke patients (survivors) and the elderly with chronic illnesses. The activities include: healthcare support, nutritional assistance, educational programs, housing modifications
Research (innovations on the best care of these patients with chronic illnesses), getting licenses for patents that support and improve the lives of stroke patients and elderly persons with chronic illnesses
Partnerships with other organizations on empowering stroke patients, patients with chronic illnesses and their families. Great impact can’t be achieved alone
Investment in modern technologies that care for these patients. Western Kenya, despite the huge population, it has no major referral hospital. The level 4 hospitals around are congested. The hospitals in Western Kenya hardly have CT (computed tomography) scan, MRI (Magnetic resonance imaging) and renal dialysis.
Promote food security through agribusiness. As we advocate for better nutrition. We lead by example where we invest in our nutria care farm. The farm products are not only sold to our patients but also to the wider community, nation and other countries.
